Top Ten Movies of 2015

Last year brought us tons of fantastic movies. Movies that topped charts in box office profits more than any year in history. Today we will count down the top ten movies of 2015. This post is based on research, other people’s opinions, but mainly our opinions.

#10 – The Martian ~ This fantastic movie made our stomachs hurt with anxiety. The thrilling plot, the fantastic CGI, and the brilliant acting make this movie great!

#9 – Carol ~ Everyone who watches the movie immediately falls in love with Carol. This beautiful story touched all our hearts as we were watching it.

#8 – Furious 7 ~ After this movie was over, the audience didn’t know weather to feel exited, thrilled, or terribly sad. At the end, we felt all at the same time. From climbing up a truck that is falling off a cliff, to the Paul Walker tribute, to become the 6th highest grossing movie of all time… Furious 7 has it all.

#7 – The Revenant ~ This movie had us at the edge of our seats till the credits. The acting and plot of this movie were fantastic. Leonardo DiCaprio really proved to be the best choice for the Oscar nomination.

#6 – Sicario ~ This excellent action thriller movie makes us feel like we are the people on the screen. This brings excitement to the audience, which is why it made this list.

#5 – Jurassic World ~ When we left the theater, all we wanted to do was see it again. The anxiety that filled our stomach from the beginning to end was thrilling, and the action and CGI was terrific. If you haven’t already seen it, we would defiantly recommend it. It also topped the box office for 3rd highest grossing film for a good amount of the year, now being at 4th.

#4 – Inside Out ~ Although this movie is considered overrated, you can’t help noticing the brilliance behind the plot. The academy winning animated film made us leave the theater with a smile on our faces, weather or not we liked the movie.

#3 – Spotlight ~ When it wins best picture of the year award, you know its a hit. This drama/thriller movie leaves us still wondering even after we left the theater. This movie is sometimes considered more thrilling than most action movies.

#2 – Star Wars: The Force Awakens ~ When the first weekend of a movie tops the box office, you know its a hit. This long anticipated, thrilling, and exiting movie became the 3rd highest grossing film of all time, just after the first week its was released. Call us crazy but to us, it proves its a success.

#1 – Mad Max: Fury Road ~ This movie tops all other movies mainly because of its exciting, thrilling, and creative plot. The wildly considered most beautiful action movie of all time has not only topped the charts of best movies of 2015 on our list, but on many other lists. If you haven’t already seen it, we wildly recommend this movie pronto, and then you will understand what we are talking about.
